Fortec Motorsports is happy to announce that talented youngster Henry Joslyn will join the team in 2025, making his debut in the F4 British Championship.
The 15-year-old has spent the past two seasons in the Ginetta Junior Championship, debuting in 2023 as the youngest driver on the grid and demonstrating his talent with 11 finishes inside the top 10. Last year, he further impressed by securing four wins – his first when he was just 14 – and an additional eight podiums, ending the campaign fourth in the standings.
Prior to his success in Ginetta Juniors, Henry honed his skills in karting, beginning at the age of eight at Shenington Kart Club. By his second year, he had accumulated wins, podiums, lap records, and club championships, maintaining this form through the disrupted 2020 season and beyond.
In 2022, Henry achieved further victories and podium finishes both in the UK and internationally, culminating in his recognition as the IAME Euro Series X30 Junior Vice Champion. He was also selected by the Motorsport UK Academy to represent the UK and compete in the FIA Karting Academy Trophy Championship, highlighting his rising profile in the sport.
Fortec Motorsports has been a prominent competitor in the F4 British Championship since its modern inception in 2015, boasting numerous accolades including the 2020 Drivers’ title, the 2016 Rookie Cup, and the 2017 Ford F4 Challenge Cup. In total, the team has secured 17 Drivers’ Championships and 9 Teams’ Championships across some of the world’s most challenging series.
Henry has already conducted tests in the Tatuus T-421 and will participate in an extensive pre-season program with Fortec Motorsports, ensuring he is fully prepared to make an impact. The 2025 F4 British Championship season kicks off in April at Donington Park, featuring 30 races over 10 weekends, with notable stops at current Formula One World Championship venues Silverstone and Zandvoort.
Henry Joslyn
“I can’t wait to get going with Fortec. They are a team with a great pedigree and know that together we can make a big impact on the championship though 2025. Testing so far has been really positive and having already won in cars at several of the circuits on the calendar I feel confident that we can hit the ground running and be fighting at the front from the start of the season.”
